What we collect
Form submissions. If you contact us through a form on this site (Contact, Get Started, or meeting requests), we receive the details you type into that form — typically your name, work email, company, and your message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.
Website analytics (consent-based). With your explicit consent, we use privacy-focused Google Analytics 4 measurement, loaded via Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages and content are useful. If you decline, no analytics identifiers are set and no measurement cookies are stored. Analytics never receives your name, email, or form content.
Anti-abuse records. To protect the forms from spam and automated abuse, our server keeps short-lived, minimal technical records (rate-limit counters and submission-protection state). These records contain hashed values only — never your message content or email.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this website. We do not store form message content in analytics. We do not send your form content to third-party marketing tools.
How long we keep things
Form submissions are delivered by email to our team and kept in our shared inbox for as long as needed to handle your request. Anti-abuse technical records expire automatically within 24 hours; minimal delivery audit records (status and timestamp only, no content) are kept up to 90 days. Analytics data, when consented, is retained per our GA4 property settings.
Why we process data (EEA/UK)
We process form data to respond to your request (legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps). Analytics runs only on consent, which you may withdraw at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Your choices
You can decline analytics without any effect on site functionality — including all forms. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link. You can request a copy or deletion of your form submission by emailing contact@sellersgpt.com.
Processors we rely on
Website hosting and email delivery are provided by our hosting provider. Analytics (only with consent) is provided by Google via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. A meeting scheduler, when enabled, is provided by the scheduling vendor named on the booking page. Each processor receives only the data needed for its function.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, ask for renewed analytics consent. This version is effective 2026-08-27.
